We are blessed that you have experienced an initial introduction to the internet ministry of Lizella Baptist Church. We trust that you found our website to be both informational and attractive. Thank you for visiting.
Your next step may be a visit to our church. Lizella Baptist is a great church in the middle Georgia area. We are located one mile south of beautiful Lake Tobesofkee and only 5 miles west of Macon just off of I-475. Whether you are a local residing in the middle Georgia area or you are just passing through on your way to vacation, you are welcome to come and worship with us.
You and your family will find that the good folks of Lizella are as warm and friendly as any folks in all the world. God is doing a great work and we would be honored to have you be a part of it. For your convenience we offer two services: the first at 8:30 am in the Sanctuary and the second at 11:00 am in the Christian Life Center (CLC). Sunday school is offered at 9:45 am and our teachers work hard to make your Bible study worthwhile.
Our worship is blended with a nice mix of hymns and choruses. We are not in love with a style of music but we are serious about bringing a worthy offering of worship to our King. You will immediately discover that we honor the preaching, the teaching, and of course the living out of God’s Word. We are soundly committed to biblical authority.
